Shipping policy

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day

Shipping Time

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
  • Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

Delays

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
