We want you and your pet to love your purchase. Due to the nature of pet products, we enforce a strict return policy to ensure product quality and hygiene.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear, pet hair, odor, or damage will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item that has been used or worn by a pet
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items returned without approval

Return Process

  • All returns must be approved before being sent back
  • To request a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused or not refunded

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected
  • If approved, refunds will be sent to the original payment method
  • If the item does not meet our return conditions, no refund will be issued

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We will replace or refund eligible items at no cost

Chargebacks & Abuse

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations
